Peter has been working with the IT Department for over 3 years and has experienced many changes within the technical environment at S.J.Berwin & Co. From initially developing MS Word templates for use with Soft Solution to becoming actively involved in the development and implementation of the new desktop image which required in depth knowledge of MS Windows NT, PC Docs, MS VBA templates and the ability to build bespoke applications using MS Visual Basic, MS Excel and MS Access.

Peter is a consistent and reliable member of the team. His broad range of expertise provides the team with a platform to tackle any project. Peter's excellent technical skills complement his structured approach which radiates throughout the team. Peter is a team player and, although not a permanent employee, he continues to give new ideas and encouragement to other team members. His customer facing role, with regard to training, cannot be faulted, he gives customer service top priority and with Peter's calm and professional approach he deals with difficult users with no problems.

Peter is an asset to the department and I would like to thank him for his continued high standard of work and look forward to working with him in the future.
